Mums & Bubs Classes

Prenatal & Postpartum friendly class. Bring your baby (not yet crawling) and take the class at your pace; tending to your baby as needed.

This class is a safe and low impact return to exercise postpartum (once you have approval from your midwife/GP) and for people with uncomplicated pregnancies. Not suitable for pelvic floor injuries and high risk pregnancies.

Currently available twice a week - Tuesdays and Fridays at 11am.

Please bring a play mat, or keep baby in their capsule, to ensure their safety in the studio. We have a kettle and fridge if you need to store or make any food or bottles while you attend your class.

Choose our ‘Mums & Bubs’ membership option for a discount on classes. 5 classes to be used to book Mums & Bubs classes ONLY. Expires 3 months from purchase. Maximum 4 people per class (excluding babies).

1:1 Private Classes

This private class option is for a one on one class in studio with our head instructor Becky. This private class allows you 60 minutes in the studio (50 minute workout) valued at $75.

One on one classes offer you a reformer workout that is fully catered to your goals, needs and requirements. This class option is perfect for people with light injuries* or those who want a more individualised workout.

*It is important to note that our instructors are not physiotherapists or other medical/recovery professionals. If you have a serious injury or have had surgery that requires rehabilitation - please seek advice and recommendations for recovery Reformer Pilates from a qualified/registered physiotherapist.
